WOODS - What woods does Craftique use?
Although we use a variety of woods in our products,
Mahogany is our single greatest species. Mahogany is a
hard wood that has beautiful grain characteristics,
responds well to finishing, and allows for excellent
carving detail.
MADE IN USA - Where are Craftique products made?
Each piece is crafted at our Mebane, North Carolina
facility. We do not ship from warehouse "stock" but make
your order after it has been received. This is why any
finish is available on any item, and a wide range of
options exist. Average production time runs about 6
weeks.

KEYS - What do I do if I have lost a key?
If you lose a key or it becomes broken, simply e-mail us
at sales@craftiquefurn.com along with the pattern number
or at least a description of the piece the key goes to.
For a nominal charge, we will send out new keys.
FACTORY OUTLET - Does Craftique have an outlet?
Yes. We have one outlet at the factory here in Mebane,
North Carolina. At any one time, we have from 200 to 300
pieces for sale, most in first quality condition. Hours
of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 to 5:00.

AS SHOWN FINISHES - How do I know what finishes are
shown in your photography?
Please e-mail us with any specific finish questions that
you may have. Remember that photography varies and all
monitors show color a bit differently.
TABLE PADS - Can I order table pads for my Craftique
dining table?
Yes - Your dealer or designer can order a custom fit
table pad for your table. It's a high quality pad with
individual sections for each leaf.
CHAIR FABRICS - What fabrics may be used on the seats of
the dining chairs?
We stock many fabrics which are shown in the fabric options section on
the product pages. Size of repeat and
fabric content are also listed.
Many of our customers supply their own fabric which we
apply to the seats. This is referred to as COM or
Customers's Own Material. Plain yardage required is
generally 1/2 yard per seat.
LEVELERS - Are levelers included with your pieces?
Many Craftique items have built in levelers (Usually the
larger items). If included, this will be listed in the
description section for each item.
CUSTOM FINISHING - Can Craftique match other finishes?
In most cases, yes. This is done by sending us a sample
of the finish you are looking to match. From this
example, we can determine if the finish can be done and
if any additional costs are involved.
REFINISHING - Will Craftique refinish older items?
Yes. It's difficult to determine the final cost in
advance as we've often found that not only does the old
finish need to be stripped, but years worth of dents and
scratches need to be repaired.
LIGHTING - What type of lighting is used in those
Craftique products that have it?
All of our lighting is with Halogen bulbs that are
easily replaceable through retail outlets. Also, most of
our systems are operated by simply touching one of the
cabinet hinges. This Static control cycles through the
off setting and three levels of brightness. The
advantage of this is that the piece does not have to be
opened in order to turn the lights on and off.
BED DIMENSIONS - How can I get additional information on
bed dimensions?
We have quite a few dimensions for our beds. Just e-mail
us with your need and we will respond shortly.
