Ordering Procedure:
1. Select the items you wish to order
2. Select a finish and hardware if appropriate (we can
help if needed!)
3. Call (919) 563-1212 or e-mail
sales@craftiquefurn.com and tell us the selections
you’ve made. We will respond as soon as possible. Most
likely this will be during normal office hours (Monday
through Saturday).
Delivery or Pick-Up:
You may pick up your order when it is ready at our
Factory Store in Mebane, NC, or we can arrange for an in
home delivery service to bring your Craftique to your
home, assemble as needed (primarily beds) and place it
where you would like. We can identify the approximate
charge for this service which is paid directly to the
service at the time of delivery.
Turnaround Time:
Most orders are assembled and finished to your
specifications as opposed to being shipped from stock.
Although this varies some during the year, 8 to 10 weeks
is a typical time for production.
Outlet Availability:
If your selection is available in our Factory Store, it
will be shipped more quickly and may reflect in lower
overall pricing.
Payment Methods:
We accept checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover.
